to confirm your booking, a $150 deposit is required to secure your event date. an invoice will be sent FOR YOUR BOOKING on submission of this form.
The finer details
Set up/Venue: We require a flat surface to set up and serve on. Please check with us beforehand if the area/venue is suitable - we fit into most spaces and usually find solutions for challenging spaces, but can face difficulty navigating stairs and narrow pathways.
Council Land Events: If the event is on council land, please provide us with a copy of the relevant paperwork/license stating we are allowed to operate and serve food there.
Travel Fee: All pricing includes travel within a 50km radius of the Sunshine Coast. For events outside this, a travel fee applies.
Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a $150 (Non-Refundable) deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining amount is due 14 days before your booked date in order for us to have the flavours requested available for
your special day.
We will contact you or the venue 2 weeks prior to the event to confirm details and gelato flavours.
Arrival Time: We arrive 30 mins before the event for set up. If additional serving time is required a fee of $50 per half hour will apply.
Parking: Please ensure we have access to a loading zone for private resident events. Inner City events that haven’t arranged parking prior, charges apply based on the nearest parking rates.
Power: We generally don’t require power for events under 2 hrs but depends on the time of year and the setting. ie, if we are outside on a hot summers day access to power is advisable.
Contact on the day: Please provide us with a contact that can answer their phone on the day if we need to get in touch.
Leftover Gelato: Will will package up any leftover gelato into takeaway containers and leave with the kitchen/venue if they permit so you can enjoy your gelato after the celebrations are over.
