Whatever you’re planning we work closely with clients to curate a unique gelato experience and real sense of occasion that will delight and impress your customers, guests or staff.

Hello Gelato comes as a full service package. This means we bring absolutely everything we need to serve Gelato at your event including the staff for scooping.

  • A choice of up to 4 flavours from our extensive list of flavours.

  • Choice of umbrella - Tikki, Classic Black and White stripe, Amalfi Yellow and White Stripe. Other colours and styles can be sourced on request.

  • The bike can also be completely custom wrapped and branded to suit your event.

SPECS & FAQS

Hello Gelato bikes can pedal into even the smallest function spaces or offsite location, and their sleek design adds a touch of coastal culture to any setting.

However, please note a few restrictions:

  • We avoid stairs, tight corners or narrow doorways.

  • We can fit in most service lifts but please check the dimensions

  • Bike Measurements: Length: 2000mm. Width: 900mm.

  • A flat surface for serving is required.

  • Events under 2 hours don’t require power. Events over 2 hours require standard power.

  • There is a maximum of 4 flavours option.

  • The cart has 4 x 5ltr tubs on display and can hold up to 10 tubs which will serve up to 300 guests.
