Our European designed and built gelato bikes are the heart & soul of our operation and will add nostalgic delight to your celebration. Better still – they can carry 300 serves of your favourite gelato! They’re small enough to fit in even the smallest function space, and their sleek design adds a touch of coastal culture to any setting.

WEDDING HIRE

Looking for a unique way to celebrate an engagement or proposal, or treat your guests for a wedding ceremony, or reception? Our wedding packages are tailored to suit each phase of your special day, offering quick refreshment either side of the ceremony, or a whole dessert course at your reception. Whatever role you want gelato to play on your special day, Hello Gelato can help make it happen. 

All of our hire options come as a full-service package. This means we bring absolutely everything we need to serve hello gelato at your event including the staff for scooping.

ROLL IN, ROLL OUT

For a zippy little visit from Hello Gelato, this package is perfect. Sugared almonds are a nice tradition, but for a truly joyous first impression, treat your guests with a scoop of gelato when they arrive. Guaranteed to thrill and delight, this package is an ideal entry favour for intimate afternoon ceremonies. This package is also perfect if you are looking for a unique way to celebrate an engagement or proposal.

Before the reception gets underway, kick off the newlywed festivities with a leisurely visit from a Hello Gelato gelato bike. We’ll keep your guests cool and sated with one hour of free-flowing gelato while your photographer works their magic on the bridal party. This package is perfect if you’re looking for a seamless transition into a rollicking reception, and ideal for afternoon and summer ceremonies.

RECEPTION

Maybe you met in an ice cream parlour, or perhaps your beloved popped the question with a ring in a sundae. Whatever your reason for wanting gelato at your wedding, Hello Gelato wants to help make your special day even more so. 

The reception package is by far our biggest service, catering to up to 160 guests, and can be offered as a fun supplement or alternative to a traditional cake. Perfect for weddings in the subtropical South East, or once things start heating up on the dancefloor.
